Meet Zac

Zac Anaya is a Rio Rancho based leader, husband, and dad who believes trust is earned through presence, consistency, and follow through. He is known for being direct, hardworking, and accessible, with a reputation for showing up when people need help and staying committed long after the first conversation.

Professionally, Zac has built his career around people. As Senior Vice President of Recruitment for the nation’s number 18 real estate team, he has helped onboard more than 3,000 agents over the last 6 years. That experience sharpened the way he leads. Listen first. Set clear expectations. Keep your word. When you do that, people grow and families thrive.

Zac’s story is rooted in building. Building a career from the ground up. Building relationships that last. Building teams by investing in individuals. He cares deeply about opportunity and believes New Mexico is full of it, but too often people feel like they have to leave to get ahead. Zac wants his children and every family in Rio Rancho to grow up in a place where hard work is rewarded, neighbors look out for each other, and the next generation has more options than the last.

Outside of work, Zac is a family man who values faith, service, and community. He takes pride in being involved, supporting local causes, encouraging others, and doing the small things that strengthen a city over time. He is running for office because he loves this community and believes District 60 deserves representation that is present, responsive, and grounded in real life, not politics.
